Privacy notice

This notice describes how the current Roomology website and its public email channel handle information.

Effective date: 30 August 2026.

Data the website itself collects

The current static website has no account, contact form, comments, newsletter, payment, upload, analytics, advertising, personalisation or embedded third-party media. Its Room Fit Planner performs calculations in the visitor's browser and does not transmit or store the entered dimensions.

Email enquiries

If you email Roomology, the message may include your name, email address, message content and any information you choose to provide. Roomology uses that information to respond to the enquiry, administer editorial corrections or handle privacy and accessibility requests. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary.

Cookies and local storage

The current code does not set cookies and does not use local storage or session storage. Read the cookie notice for the implementation boundary.

Hosting and security logs

The selected hosting and network providers may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent and error events to deliver and protect the website. Provider-specific retention and international-transfer details depend on the hosting account used by the publisher and should be added to this notice if that arrangement materially changes.

External links

Guides link to government, legislation and certification-scheme websites. Following an external link makes that site's privacy practices applicable. Roomology does not add affiliate tracking parameters to those links in the current release.

Controller and contact

Roomology Media Ltd (Company No. 14829301), registered in England and Wales, is identified by the publisher as the entity responsible for Roomology. Send privacy enquiries or rights requests to info@roomology.blog with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
